About the modmore merchandise store

The modmore merchandise store is an extension of modmore and sells modmore-themed products.

It's powered by Commerce and operated by modmore out of Leeuwarden, the Netherlands.

Shipping Schedules

We ship orders at least once a week. After that it depends on your location how long it takes for your order to arrive. For an indication, consult the table below.

We ship primarily using the Dutch national post office (PostNL). Packages are usually delivered by your local post office.

For shipments outside the European Union, it's possible that the local customs office inspects and charges additional taxes or handling fees. These costs are for the customers. We have no control over this process or the costs but expect it to be uncommon as the order values are relatively low.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated on the fly based on your location and the weight of your order. To give an indication, worldwide untracked shipping for up to 250 grams is available for €6,65. This is shipped in an envelope or mailbox package and can not be shipped to a PO Box.

250 grams is enough to hold:

  • 3 notepad/pen bundles
  • 3 beanies
  • 12 sticker packs
  • 2 shirts

Tracked shipping is more expensive.

Shipping in Europe is free for orders over €75.

Returns & Refunds

In accordance with Dutch law, you have 14 days to reconsider your purchase. If you're unhappy, please let us know via [email protected] and we'll work with you to make it right.
